Current Openings
Staff Accountant - Full Time

We are currently hiring a full time staff accountant.  Primary responsibilities include bookkeeping, process payroll, and tax return preparation for individuals and business.  

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Candidates with Associate, Bachelor or Master degree, or recent graduate major in accounting are preferred, other related major or experience may be considered.  
  • PC experience is required (Windows, Excel, Word)
  • Knowledge with Quickbooks, payroll, and tax software is preferred
  • Understanding of accounting/financial principles is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer services skills are preferred
  • Self-motivated, detailed oriented, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
  • Available to work beyond normal work hours during tax season
  • ​Language: English and Chinese (strongly preferred)

Internship Program

We are currently hiring interns to assist with our accounting services.  Our internship program is 3 - 6 months, we offer full time or part time internship.  This a great opportunity for Co-Op program.  You will have exposure to a variety of accounting work and projects.  We will train and help you to bring your knowledge you learned from school, and apply them into practice.

If you are eager to learn, develop skills, and gain hands-on experience, join us!  You will have a fulfilling internship experience with our firm!

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Candidates must be a student pursuing an Associate, Bachelor or Master degree, or recent graduate major in accounting, other related major or experience may be considered.  
  • PC experience is required (Windows, Excel, Word)
  • Understanding of accounting/financial principles is required.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
  • Must be able to work at least 20 hours a week 
  • Commit to work for a minimum of 3 months
  • ​Language: English and Chinese (strongly preferred)
